The fourteen, two-bedroom options at The Deer Valley Club are typically single-story residences, consisting of about 1,000 square feet. The design provides plenty of space for a small family or two couples. The living area has ample space for entertaining and is fully equipped with luxurious amenities.
Three-bedroom options, are two-story floorplans with vaulted ceilings in the living area. Typically, about 1,500 square feet, they feature a main level master bedroom and ensuite baths for the upstairs bedrooms. Another common area full bath services the main living space, making this residence capable of handling larger groups.
Four-bedroom residences, at The Deer Valley Club are approximately 2,000 square feet and designed to accommodate larger groups. There are only four models of the four-bedroom residence variety.
Each residence features stainless steel Architect Series kitchen appliances, fully stocked kitchens, high-speed wireless internet, flat panel TV with high-def cable and DVD player in the living room and additional televisions in all bedrooms. Most living room fireplaces are wood burning with a gas starter. Master bedroom fireplaces (where applicable) are wood burning.
