The Deer Valley Club private residence is designed to provide more convenience, services and amenities than are provided by an equally luxurious condominium residence. The private residence provides owners with as much vacation as a typical vacation homeowner uses his or her vacation home and is designed to match the purchase price with this owner usage.
Each townhome is completely furnished and features stainless steel Architect Series kitchen appliances. The accessory package includes kitchen utensils, cookware, flatware, table settings, an updated electronics package and high speed wireless internet. Most living room fireplaces are wood burning with a gas starter. Master bedroom fireplaces (where applicable) are wood burning. Each living room has a flat panel LCD TV with high-def cable and a DVD player. Each townhome has an additional TV in the master, and a VCR player.
Two-bedroom options at the Deer Valley Club are typically single story townhomes consisting of about 1,000 square feet. The design provides plenty of space for a small family or two couples. The living area has ample space to have friends over and enjoy an evening in. The 14 two-bedroom models at The Deer Valley Club vary slightly, but all are equipped with the same luxurious amenities.
Three-bedroom Deer Valley Club Townhomes (also called “Grand” townhomes) are two story floorplans with vaulted ceilings in the living area. Typically about 1,500 square feet with a main level master bedroom and ensuite baths for the upstairs bedrooms, another common area full bath services the main living space helping to make the three bedroom models capable of handling larger groups. Like the other Deer Valley Club townhomes, each unit varies slightly; especially in terms of views and proximity to ski access, but all models share the club amenities.
Four-bedroom (or “Royal” Townhomes) at the Deer Valley Club have the fewest models in that there are only four 4-bedroom models at the Club. Four-bedroom models are approximately 2,000 square feet and are set to accommodate large groups in style.
“We joined the Deer Valley Club after spending a weekend with friends who are owners and after just one visit, we are hooked! We have long thought of purchasing a ski place, but never wanted to worry about keeping it rented, furnishings, etc. The Deer Valley Club was our answer. The initial price is very reasonable when compared to other options and the annual maintenance fees are well worth what the club has to offer. We love that we don’t have to worry about anything, especially when we’re not there as everything is taken care of by the staff. The accommodations are beautiful and the staff does a fabulous job as you always feel special when you’re there. The facility is well-kept and any questions or concerns are quickly and efficiently addressed. Staff turnover appears to be very low so whenever you walk in the door or call, there is always a familiar face or voice that says ‘Hello’. Everyone always seems genuinely happy to see us when we arrive.
While at the club, we’ve enjoyed meeting other owners at social events and in the hot tub. Skiing at Deer Valley is a treat as there are very few lift lines and the food is good. You may know Deer Valley for their grooming, but there is plenty of more challenging and ungroomed ski opportunities. Just check out the Expert Tour some morning! We’ve also done some hiking in the summer and have enjoyed that as well. The Deer Valley Club is our ‘home away from home’ and Park City is a great place to be any time of the year!”
